Dog Walking

  • Cancellations Within 12 Hours of Scheduled Walk:

    • First-Time Courtesy: No charge.

    • After First Courtesy: 25% of the walk fee unless rescheduled within 7 days.

  • Cancellations 12+ Hours in Advance:

    • Full refund or credit

  • No-Shows (No Prior Communication Within 12 Hours of Booking Time):

    • 100% of the walk fee is charged.

  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a booking up to two times. After the second reschedule, any further changes will be subject to the standard cancellation policies.

  • Context Considerations:

    • Context will be taken into account and K-9 Imperator has final say on any adjustments or exceptions. Our goal is to leave our clients with a positive experience during unexpected and difficult situations

Daycare

  • Same-Day Cancellations:

    • 25% charge unless rescheduled within 14 days.

  • Cancellations 12+ Hours in Advance:

    • Full refund or credit toward a future daycare session.

  • No-Shows (No Prior Communication Within 12 Hours of Booking Time):

    • 100% of the daycare fee is charged.

  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a booking up to two times. After the second reschedule, any further changes will be subject to the standard cancellation policies.

I have a passion for dogs, and I’ve used that to pursue knowledge in the field of dog training to better my relationship with my own dog, Elizabeth, my German Shepherd. Dogs are the greatest reflections of their owners, and I truly want to help your pet and you understand what it takes to achieve the happiness that is well trained dog brings.
I offer solutions, not my time. All hour long sessions will focus on one issue that your dog and you have. My guarantee is that I will be available to help your dog and you to master the activity till it is mastered. From the most basic commands all the way to e-collar obedience training.
